MET COSTUME INSTITUTE GALA 2012     

Remember my last post about the “Impossible Conversations” of Elsa Schiaparelli and Miuccia Prada? YES! T'was, indeed, the most powerful spring blockbuster exhibition ever celebrated in the history of the Museum of Art. 

Metropolitan Costume Institute Gala 2012 held just last 7th of this month at the Museum of Art, organized by one and only consequential woman, Anna Wintour, Vogue US editor-in-chief. The red carpet was flourished with so many stars from the world of fashion and cinema industry dressed well by fashion designers who were also present in the event and of course, runway pieces from the Fashion Week.

Inhale, exhale, this gonna be a sumptuous buffet for the fashion eyes:

IMPOSSIBLE CONVERSATIONS

This is the most powerful (so far) spring blockbuster exhibition ever be commemorated in the history of the Museum of Art -  “Impossible Conversations” Elsa Schiaparelli and Miuccia Prada. 

The two backbreaking Italian designers are celebrated at the Metropolitan Museum of Art this month, when the Costume Institute unveils “Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations” (May 10–August 19).  So, if you live some where in America, don't forget to visit the The Metropolitan Museum of Art 1000 Fifth Avenue New York on the said dates.
